Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • Canada: Shipping is flat rate $10 or $20 for Expedited.
  • US: Shipping is flat rate $7 USD or $15 for Expedited.
  • Mexico: Shipping is flat rate $10 or $20 for Expedited.
  • United Kingdom: Shipping is flat rate $10 or $20 for Expedited.
  • EU countries: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

All orders to Canada and the US are shipped via Chit Chats, Canada Post, USPS, or UPS. A tracking number is included for all shipping methods except Lettermail. Lettermail is only available within Canada for orders under 100g.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipping. Delivery typically occurs within 2-10 business days after shipping. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. 

International Shipping

Orders to most countries are shipped via Chit Chats, Canada Post, or UPS, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. All international shipments include tracking numbers.

We do not ship to the following countries:
Belarus, Moldova, North Macedonia, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, Eritrea, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mongolia, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due upon arrival in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. Breadstick Innovations is not liable for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Policies

Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
